and Florabunda has been crowned
Toronto’s Neighbourhood Gem!
On May 13, 2013 Florabunda – Leslieville’s Flower Market was crowned Toronto’s Neighbourhood Gem, receiving the most votes in the online, American Express Canada sponsored contest which was designed to promote Toronto’s neighbourhood small businesses.
As the business that recieved the highest votes, out of over 4000 initially eligible Toronto small businesses, we have won a private one on one session with Facebook Canada to help shape, direct, and improve Florabunda’s online social media presence. We have also won a feature role in a two page advertorial to be published in the September 2013 issue of Toronto Life magazine. Stay tuned for the resulting spread.
As a true small family run business, Florabunda is grateful to American Express Canada for sponsoring the contest and for supporting small business through their Shop Small network. Most of all, we are grateful to all of the support and votes cast by our customers, friends and family in the online contest. We love our neighbourhood and are thrilled that our neighbourhood loves us too.
